★	please be 150% sure before claiming! a cancellation fee will be charged if cancelling once i say "yours." failure to pay the cancellation fee means you are a bogus buyer and you will be blocked!
★	PLEASE DO NOT CLAIM IF SENSITIVE TO FLAWS. some mercari sellers don't disclose the condition of the item. claim at your own risk and please manage expectations.
★	payo & nrdp within 1 hour after oc is sent. i will consider extending if transacting with me after 8PM. late fees will be applied if not paid. ₱10 per hour after oc is sent / ₱50 per day after agreed dop.
★	for international buyers, i can only accept PH banks/e-wallets as mode of payment. NOT ACCEPTING WISE TO GCASH.
★	my max dop is 2 weeks with 30% nrdp but i can extend depending on the nrdp (eg. 3 weeks dop with 50% nrdp.)
★	LATE PAYMENT FEE ALSO APPLIES TO OTHER FEES.
★	i can only store your items for 30 days once they arrive at my address. if any fees (isf, pf, lsf etc.) are still unpaid after 30 days, your item/s will be disposed with no refunds.
